Sweet Corn

Our 2016 Sweet Corn Season Is Over..Thank you

It's been a challenging growing season.  So many cold, wet days in May; however, we will have lots and lots of bi-color and white sweet corn.

Growing sweet corn has been a Doyle family tradition since owner Rick Doyle was a young man, selling sweet corn at various roadside stands in Maryland, and using the profits to put himself through college. Now his wife Karen has decided to expand the sweet corn business with her new Roadside stand which will feature the sweet corn along with other delectable goodies.

Nothing screams "SUMMER" like fresh picked sweet corn, tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, green beans, squash, peaches, cucumbers, cantaloupe, watermelon...oh my...July and August are the best time of year for fresh grown fruit and vegetables in southeastern Pennsylvania. Eat and enjoy as much as you can, and if you have time, preserve some of that summer freshness for those long cold winters ahead.
